Aug. 9th, 2013 01:28 pm[Stark has no idea what the hell this room is supposed to be. He's got the sense it's his, but nothing about it seems familiar. For starters, there's a lot of girl stuff around here that he knows for a fact does not belong to him. (Though if he was to be a smartass - which he would be - he'd say that shade of red would look ravishing on him and nobody could convince him otherwise.) For a time, he amuses himself by just exploring the room, pawing through things. He comes across some vodka and cigarettes and grins widely at them. He knows he shouldn't but that doesn't stop him from trying. He decides to stash the vodka for later, but the cigarettes, he goes for right away.]
[Or well, would go for right away before he's distracted by the fact his magic isn't working because there's no flame springing from the tip of his finger. This is weird and never happened to him before. He frowns and looks at some magazines, focuses and nothing. Not even a slight rustle of the wind. This would be massively embarrassing if he was in front of anybody right now, especially whoever the girl stuff belongs to.]
[So, he abandons the cigarettes for later to go explore and see if he can figure out whose hoodoo is making his not work - because that's the obvious solution.]
[Later on in the flood, he can be found just loitering wherever though he tends to haunt outside the pub, trying to find a way to sneak in, or in the mess hall, tricking people out of their lunches and hoarding the food for himself because there's nothing better to do. You might even see him swindling people with cups and balls because hey, he might not have his real magic, but that doesn't mean he can't still do some conning on the side. You look at him while he's wandering or loitering, he'll probably have something smart to say - especially if you're an adult and/or trying to tell him that he shouldn't be smoking because he's just a kid. Stop cramping his style, okay.]
